Second Grade

I graduated from Mars Hill College in NC with a B.A. in Elementary Education and then went on and got my Master's in Early Childhood Education from USC.

I have taught a total of 20 years with 16 of those years here at Covenant Classical Christian School. It is special being able to teach in a Christian school where you can teach the Bible and integrate a Christian world and life view into all of your subjects.

Our family is very committed to Christian Education as our two oldest children went here from 4th through 8th grade, when the school only went to the 8th grade and our youngest was in the first graduating class, being here from 1st through 12th grades.

I enjoy teaching at Covenant because of the great working relationship among the teachers and the support from the parents. As we work together for the good of students we strive to keep communication open.
